Shift Tracker
A 48 Thrive Theory Tool
This is your space to consciously track a shift in your life. Use it daily, weekly, or intuitively.
Don’t aim for perfection—aim for awareness.
Print it and write on it.
Save it to your device and fill it in digitally.
Your only job is to pay attention to what’s unfolding.
Why This Tool Exists
We try new things hoping for change—
to look different, feel lighter, live freer.
But transformation isn’t always loud.
Sometimes, it’s subtle.
This is your space to observe, feel, and know.
To shift with intention—and witness what stays.
SECTION 1: DEFINE YOUR SHIFT
What are you trying to implement into your life?
Describe the habit, practice, or shift:
(e.g., drinking more water, daily stretching, journaling, no phone in bed)
What do you hope this brings into your life?
(More energy? Inner peace? Confidence? Clarity?)
Is this rooted in a 4 Anchor (external/material) or 8 Ascension (internal/self-growth)?
(Foundation, Growth, Balance… or Trust in Self, Alignment with Purpose, etc.)
What emotions, results, or experiences would show you that it’s working?
SECTION 2: THE 4-WEEK SHIFT PLAN
Use this daily to stay present with your shift.
WEEKLY INTENTION below (write a new one each week):
This week, I will stay open to…
DAILY TRACKER
MOOD & ENERGY SCALE
SECTION 3: END-OF-4-WEEK REFLECTION
Did this habit/practice make a noticeable difference in your life?
How did you evolve physically, emotionally, or mentally?
Were the results more internal, external, or both?
What patterns did you notice?
Do you want to continue this, adjust it, or let it go?
What did you learn about yourself?
Consistency Score
“I showed up ___ / 28 days. Progress over perfection.”
BONUS: Anchor and Ascend Check-in (Weekly)
Reflect using these two aligned Thrive Theory lenses:
Anchor (External): What did I physically do, change, or experience this week?
Ascend (Internal): What shifted in my mindset, emotions, or spiritual awareness?
This keeps the habit part of your full-spectrum evolution.
My Next Shift…
If you’re ready to build on the momentum:
What new habit or practice are you curious to try next?
What Anchor or Ascension is it connected to?
One small step I’ll take this week is…
Closing Line
Not every shift will be seismic.
But every shift shows you something.
Track the truth of how it feels.
Then decide what’s worth keeping in your life.
